• Free Wi-Fi
• Office and/or meeting space
• Free street parking (up to 2 hours) or secure parking in back lot (limited)
• Access via large roll-up door
• Access to copier/printer
• Access to full-service kitchen with 2 refrigerators, oven, stove, and microwave
• Access to 2 bathrooms, including shower
• Availability of a large selection of equipment available for rent such as cameras, tripods, track, jib, lighting, teleprompter, and more

We can also provide production crew and/or video production equipment rental for your shoot as needed.
